Who We Are
ATTI is a consortium of early childhood
programs and providers in Alaska who are working to address transition issues for special needs children when they are moving from Part C to Part B at age 3 -- from a home-based program into school.

ATTI was formed in 1997 as a collaborative effort between the Alaska Departments of Education and Early Development (EED) and Health and Social Services, (DHSS).
