Who We Are
ATTI is a consortium of early childhood
programs and providers in Alaska who are working to address transition
issues for special needs children when they are moving from Part
C to Part B at age 3 -- from a home-based program into school.
| ATTI was formed in 1997 as a collaborative effort between the Alaska Departments of Education and Early Development (EED) and Health and Social Services, (DHSS). |

The Alaska Transition Training Initiative State team includes parents
and representatives from Infant Learning Programs, school districts,
Head Start, preschool, and childcare.
ATTI offers a 2-day community training and a 1-day follow-up training.
Our diverse and experienced statewide team helps local teams develop
unique strategies for their area.
